We'll see if I can maintain it once youth group starts up again, but I'm going to try to make Wednesday Haiku a thing on my blog here.
This morning the Edens Spur in Northbrook was backed up a lot more than usual. At one point I looked out and saw a couple of wildflowers on the roadside.
Yellow and purple
Eyes watch kings crawl the tollway.
Muggy morning peace.
